TORONTO -- The CFL has expanded its annual draft from six to seven rounds.

This year's draft will be held Monday.

Hamilton will make the first selection of the seventh round.

Winnipeg, Edmonton, Saskatchewan, Montreal, BC, Calgary and Toronto will complete the order of selection.

A total of 60 selections will be made at the draft, including picks at the end of the first four rounds by expansion Ottawa.

Ottawa will select four Canadian-born players returning to school in the U.S. on Monday before being eligible to make seven picks in 2014 when it's scheduled to return to the league.
