TSN2 announces 24 additional MLS games this season

As the home of soccer and the official broadcaster of Major League Soccer (MLS) in Canada, TSN2 announced an additional 24 games featuring U.S.-based teams. The additional games complement TSN and TSN2's previously announced MLS broadcast schedule featuring 41 Canadian match-ups. The networks also have exclusive Canadian coverage of the MLS All-Star Game, MLS Cup Playoffs, and MLS Cup 2013. 

The first all-American match-up kicks off on Sunday at 7:30pm et/4:30pm pt on TSN2 as Thierry Henry and the New York Red Bulls take on the Portland Timbers.  The game follows TSN's all-Canadian match-up on Saturday at 6:30pm et/3:30pm pt featuring the Vancouver Whitecaps FC hosting Toronto FC.

TSN primes fans for this weekend's action with the 2013 MLS Preview Show airing Thursday at 7:30pm et/4:30pm pt on TSN and TSN Mobile TV.

All MLS games broadcast on TSN and TSN2 are available live on TSN Mobile TV.

Highlights from the additional 24 games added to TSN2's schedule include six games featuring the MLS CUP 2012 champion L.A. Galaxy and superstars Robbie Keane and Omar Gonzalez as well as four games featuring World Cup, Euro, and UEFA Champions League champion Thierry Henry and the New York Red Bulls.
