The Winnipeg Jets have agreed to terms with restricted free agent defenceman Paul Postma.

According to the Winnipeg Sun, the deal is for two years and $1.425 million. Postma will earn $650,000 next season and $775,000 in 2014-15.

The 24-year-old from Red Deer, Alberta had four goals and five assists in 34 games for the Jets last season. He also had 18 points in 27 games with the AHL's St. John's IceCaps.

Postma was a seventh-round pick of the Atlanta Thrashers in 2007.
