With the No. 1 overall pick in the 2013 NHL Draft up for grabs, one lucky NHL team will go home with the evening's biggest prize when NHL Deputy Commissioner Bill Daly reveals the draft order on the 2013 Scotiabank NHL Draft Lottery. Watch it live NOW on TSN and TSN Mobile TV.

You can also follow along with TSN.ca Live Event Blog and TSN Radio 1050 Toronto at TSN.ca/Toronto.

The 2013 Scotiabank NHL Draft Lottery is the first in NHL history in which all 14 teams not qualifying for the Stanley Cup Playoffs - or teams that have acquired the first-round drafting positions of those non-playoff teams – will have a chance at winning the right to the first overall selection.

TSN Hockey Insider Bob McKenzie also ranks the consensus Top 10 prospects while TSN Scout Craig Button projects how the first 14 picks will unfold once the draft order is determined. The show also includes a feature on consensus No. 1-ranked prospect Seth Jones of the Portland Winterhawks.

TSN and TSN.ca also have live coverage of the 2013 NHL Draft on Sunday, June 30 at 3pm et/Noon pt.

In previous years, the lottery-winning team could move up no more than four slots in the draft order. This year, the winning draw will draft first overall, with the remaining 13 teams slotted in reverse order of their regular-season point totals.

Florida has a 25 per cent chance of winning the draw, followed by the Colorado Avalanche (18.8 per cent) and the Tampa Bay Lightning (14.2 per cent).

The Calgary Flames have the best odds of any Canadian team with a 6.2 per cent shot at the top pick. The Edmonton Oilers have a 4.7 per cent chance, while the Winnipeg Jets sit only at 0.8 per cent.

Edmonton had the first overall pick the past three years.
