Lawyer: Settlement reached in Moore-Bertuzzi suit
One of Todd Bertuzzi's lawyers has confirmed that a "firm and binding settlement" has been reached in Steve Moore's lawsuit against Bertuzzi for the former Vancouver Canuck player's attack in 2004 during an NHL game. Clarke MacArthur is staying in the nation's capital. The Ottawa Senators announced on Tuesday the club agreed to terms on a five-year contract extension worth an average annual value of $4.65 million with the veteran forward. The total value of the contract is $23.25 million. Full Story.

Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment president and CEO Tim Leiweke says he's not leaving the company amid speculation that he will be stepping down to look for a new challenge.
