Montreal Canadiens forward Max Pacioretty left Tuesday night's game against the Winnipeg Jets late in the first period with an apparent leg injury.

Pacioretty got his leg tangled in a scramble in front of the Jets' net and fell to the ice awkwardly.

He was helped off of the ice putting no weight on his left leg.

In four games this season, the 24-year-old Pacioretty has two goals and an assist.
