TORONTO - The Toronto Blue Jays have agreed to terms with veteran first baseman Dan Johnson on a minor-league deal with an invitation to spring training.

The eight-year major-league veteran has a career .236 average with 56 home runs and 194 RBIs with Oakland, Tampa Bay, Chicago White Sox and Baltimore.
