The Edmonton Rush acquired right handed offence player Cory Conway and a sixth round selection in the 2013 Entry Draft from the Calgary Roughnecks on Thursday in exchange for a third round selection in the 2014 Entry Draft.
Conway has played the last two seasons with the Calgary Roughnecks. In 2012, he scored four goals and added 24 assists for 28 points and 16 loose balls in 13 games.
"Cory is young player with NLL experience, he brings more depth on our right side," said Rush head coach and general manager Derek Keenan. "With training camp upon us, players need to come to camp with the mindset of competing to earn jobs."
