The International Scouting Service released their October rankings of the Top 30 draft eligible prospects and there was no change up top with Sam Reinhart and Aaron Ekblad remaining No.1 and No. 2 for another month.

Centre for the Kootenay Ice, Reinhart has seven goals and 21 points in 10 games to start the season while Ekblad has seven points in nine games for the Barrie Colts.

Michael Dal Collie made the first jump in the October rankings, moving from No. 6 to No. 3.

Willie Nylander and Anton Karlsson round out the month's Top 5.
