Four teams are left in the 100th Grey Cup Playoffs but two will go home disappointed on Sunday.

The Montreal Alouettes host the Toronto Argonauts in the Eastern Final while the B.C. Lions host the Calgary Stampeders in the Western Final.

Which two teams will advance to the 100th Grey Cup? It's Your! Call.

Argonauts at Alouettes - Sunday at Noon et/9am pt on TSN

The Alouettes may not have been as dominant as usual this season but head coach Marc Trestman's team has won three of their last four games and are coming off a bye week. Despite a subpar running game due to injuries and without a receiver in the top five in yardage, Calvillo still threw for over 5,000 yards again this season. Having said that, running back Chris Jennings, along with receivers S.J. Green and Jamel Richardson provide plenty of weapons for Calvillo. Linebackers Shea Emry and Chip Cox head up a solid defensive unit that may not shut the other team down completely but gives Calvillo and the offence a chance to win. And Trent Guy has burst on the scene as an elite kick returner in his first season.

The Argonauts started the season with a splash, acquiring quarterback Ricky Ray from the Edmonton Eskimos. While it took Ray a while to get going due to lack of familiarity with rookie head coach Scott Milanovich's offence and injury problems, he has looked good in the last few games, including last week's win over the Eskimos. Chad Owens has been spectacular and is a threat to score at any time on offence or special teams. Running back Chad Kackert stepped in when Cory Boyd was released and, while he doesn't possess the same explosiveness, he keeps defences honest and provides Ray with protection in the passing game. The young defence finished the year in the middle of the pack statistically but needs to step up against the Alouettes.

The Alouettes and Argonauts met three times during the regular season with Montreal winning twice. However, Toronto's lone win came in Montreal, a 23-20 decision in Week 5.

Stampeders at Lions - Sunday at 4pm et/1pm pt on TSN

The defending Grey Cup champion Lions boast one of the most balanced offensive attacks in the CFL. Quarterback Travis Lulay, last year's Most Outstanding Player, and record-setting Canadian running back Andrew Harris are two big pieces of the league's best offence. Veterans Geroy Simon and Arland Bruce along with Shawn Gore provide the aerial attack. Not to be outdone, the Lions' defence surrendered the fewest yards on the ground and in the air so the Stampeders will be in tough against linebacker Adam Bighill and company. And return man Tim Brown finished second to Chad Owens in combined yards. Head coach Mike Benevides may be a rookie but he's been here before.

Veteran head coach John Hufnagel and the Stampeders may have had a quarterback controversy heading into the playoffs but Drew Tate's broken wrist put the onus squarely on the shoulders of veteran pivot Kevin Glenn, who actually started more games in the regular season than Tate. But the Stampeders will likely only go as far as record-breaking Canadian running back Jon Cornish will take them. He will be the focal point for the Lions. Charleston Hughes and the defensive line will need to get pressure on Lulay while Keon Raymond and the secondary must create some turnovers. And kicker Rene Paredes was Mr. Automatic from the kicking tee.

The Lions and Stampeders met three times during the regular season and, while the Lions won the first tilt in convincing fashion and the second win was close, the Stampeders came away with a 41-21 victory in Week 18.

So there's a quick rundown of this Sunday's games. Do you see the home favourites advancing to the 100th Grey Cup? Or is there an upset or two in the making?
