OTTAWA (CIS) – Three teams move to the top of CIS national rankings this week, including the Alberta Golden Bears in men's hockey, Toronto Varsity Blues in women's track and field, and Alberta Pandas in women's wrestling.

In other sports, Windsor (women's basketball), Carleton (men's basketball), UBC (women's swimming), Toronto (men's swimming), Guelph (men's track and field) and Alberta (men's wrestling) all maintain their No. 1 status.

These mark the last weekly rankings of 2012-13 in basketball and swimming. The UBC women and Toronto men kicked of the CIS winter championship season last weekend by claiming the team banners in swimming.

Three more national championships are scheduled this week, including women's volleyball in Sherbrooke, Que. (Thursday-Saturday), men's volleyball in Quebec City (Friday-Sunday) and wrestling in London, Ont. (Friday-Saturday).
