Toronto Argonauts defensive coordinator Chris Jones could be heading to Edmonton as the next head coach of the Eskimos.

According to a report from the Edmonton Sun, Jones is expected to be named the Eskimos' new head coach, likely in December.

Jones served as defensive coordinator in Toronto the past two seasons, helping the Double Blue win a Grey Cup in 2012.

Prior to that Jones had stops in Calgary and Montreal as defensive coordinator, and has a Grey Cup ring at each of his stops.
