The B.C. Lions acquired offensive lineman Steve Myddelton from the Calgary Stampeders on Monday in exchange for a conditional draft pick in the 2014 CFL Draft.

With Myddelton coming off knee surgery 11 months ago, the deal is still pending a physical.

The Stampeders are guaranteed at least a fourth round pick which could improve to a third if Myddelton plays in a certain number of games.

Myddelton was Calgary's fourth round selection (30th overall) in the 2009 CFL Canadian Draft.

The Barrie, Ontario native has appeared in 36 games for the Stamps over four seasons including one game in 2013.
