The Winnipeg Blue Bombers will be without slotback Terrence Edwards and defensive tackle Bryant Turner when they face the Hamilton Tiger-Cats on Saturday.

Edwards has a shoulder injury that will keep him out of action. He had six receptions for 57 yards over Winnipeg's first two games of the season.

Turner suffered sprained chest ligaments while tackling Anthony Calvillo during a game in Montreal on July 4. He had difficulties breathing and was taken to a Montreal hospital where he was later cleared by a team doctor and released.

The Blue Bombers are 1-1 after splitting two games with the Alouettes.

The Tiger-Cats come into Saturday's game in Guelph at 0-2 after losing to the Argonauts and Eskimos.
