The Calgary Stampeders will be without the services of defensive lineman Corey Mace for the rest of the season after he suffered a torn labrum.

Last season, Mace led all Stampeders interior linemen with 25 tackles.

The Stampeders acquired Mace's rights in a trade with the Toronto Argonauts in 2010, in exchange for linebacker Tristan Black.

Non-import Junior Turner was listed behind Mace on the Stampeders depth chart in Week 1.
