The Rouge takes a look at each team and poses their biggest question heading into the off-season. Today, the Saskatchewan Roughriders.

Last year's off-season was all about the Toronto Argonauts.

With the historic 100th Grey Cup to be played in their stadium, the Argos went all out in the off-season, loading up on talent that would eventually help the team capture the league championship.

Well, the 101st Grey Cup is being played at Mosaic Stadium in Saskatchewan. Will the Roughriders steal the winter headlines this time around?

Saskatchewan wouldn't have as far to go - the Argos ultimately went from worst to first, finishing last in the East in 2011 - but most would agree their roster needs some upgrading before they're considered legitimate Grey Cup contenders.

Also worth keeping in mind is it's rare an off-season when a talent like Ricky Ray becomes available via trade.

But there is always talent to be bid on once free agency opens, and Saskatchewan may have some extra motivation to make a splash and give their faithful the same experience Argos fans enjoyed this November: home field advantage in the Grey Cup.

As TSN.ca prepares to preview 2013 free agency, the Rouge asks: With Saskatchewan hosting the 101st Grey Cup, will the Roughriders stock up for a run next season?

As always, it's Your! Call.
