Stampeders running back Jon Cornish is a double winner in the Canadian Football League player-of-the-week awards for Week 10. The veteran earned both the offensive and top Canadian awards after rushing for 163 yards and one touchdown in the Stamps' 28-13 victory over the Edmonton Eskimos in the Labour Day Classic at McMahon Stadium. Cornish also had one catch for two yards. - Team Release

Roughrider defensive end Ricky Foley has been named a CFL Player of the Week. The 32-year-old picked up Defensive Player of the Week following an impressive outing in the Riders 35-30 Labour Day Classic victory on Sunday. The Ontario native led the Green and White defence with three defensive tackles, two quarterback sacks and one forced fumble. - Team Release

Bombers returner Troy Stoudermire broke free during Sunday’s Labour Day Classic, returning a punt 64 yards for a touchdown, and tying the ball game at 21. He also returned seven kickoffs for 153 yards, and with that, has been named the Special Teams Player of the Week. - Team Release
