Argonauts release DT Mitchell to pursue NFL opportunities
The Toronto Argonauts announced on Monday that the club had released import defensive lineman Khalif Mitchell to pursue NFL opportunities. The 28-year-old East Carolina product spent the last season with the Argos after having spent the previous three with the B.C. Lions. In his four CFL seasons, Mitchell is a two-time CFL All-Star, including last season, and won the Grey Cup with the Lions in 2011. Full Story.(Photo: Toronto Argonauts)
