OTTAWA -- Canadian women's hockey team captain Hayley Wickenheiser says she intends to play the rest of the world championship.
Wickenheiser skated with the team today for the first time since injuring her back in the tournament opener against the United States.
Canada's all-time leading scorer then sat out round-robin games against Switzerland and Finland.
Wickenheiser says she's not pain free but won't make the injury worse by playing.
Canada faces Russia in Monday's semifinal.
