The Canadian Tire Series revs up for its next great event with DJ Kennington looking to defend his title.

The St. Thomas, Ont.-native and 2012 series champion was both the pole-sitter and eventual winner of last year's EMCO 200 at Delaware Speedway and will look to repeat when this year's race is run on Saturday night.

Catch live streaming of EMCO 200 preliminaries on on Saturday starting with practice at 1:30pm et/10:30am pt to be followed by qualifying at 4:30pm et/1:30pm pt.

The EMCO 200 will be broadcast Sunday June 23 at 1pm et/10am pt on TSN.

But if the Series all-time wins leader is to add another to his total he will have to deal with Louis-Philippe Dumoulin, who won the season-opening Vortex Brake Pads 200 on May 19.

The 2011 Rookie of the Year led a race-high 32 laps at the Bowmanville race en route to his first victory in the series. Kennington would finish fourth.

Kennington has felt at home on the Delaware track, winning in three of his four races there and winning pole position twice, including last year's victory.

Another driver to watch is J.R. Fitzpatrick, who earned the pole in Bowmanville, but was forced from the race after leading eight laps with a drive shaft problem.
